Networking Strategies to Grow Your Practice

Proactively addressing the process of generating a regular steady flow of new clients is often disliked if not an avoided component of 'the business' of our business. This compact yet comprehensive experience is designed to leave you feeling more hopeful, excited and competent in this area of our profession. You will come away with thoughts, ideas and tools that will serve to make the networking of yourself and about your practice less intimidating, more inviting, and even exciting!

Learning Objectives

In successfully completing and attending this presentation, participants will be able to:

*Identify 10 practical strategies for optimal networking*
*Utilize 8 methods in their area of specialization to effectively network about themselves and their business*
*Analyze the practical value of relationships, both personal and professional, in helping grow their practice*

Course meets the qualifications for 1 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Jack Nelson Soll, LMFT has been counseling since 1982; licensed and practicing in Private Practice in West Los Angeles since 1988. He has taught, lectured, consulted, and facilitated classes, trainings, workshops, seminars, retreats, and in services at various schools, professional organizations, community programs, religious organizations, facilities, and public media throughout the country. His marketing skills and techniques have served him very well from day one, specifically refining his own ways to network over the past four years, without the help of technology. He works with varied issues and populations, his passion being working with 'compulsive overeating' issues in adults.
