Important Notice! BBS EXAMINATIONS CANCELLED BBS’s testing vendor Pearson Vue announced that all examination sites will be closed due to COVID-19 from March 12 – April 16, 2020. Pearson Vue is the only vendor the BBS uses for examinations. Scheduled candidates will be contacted to reschedule appointments after April 16.

The BBS will work with all examination candidates to ensure that they remain eligible to test and are able to continue to work. If applicants are facing an “application abandonment” deadline, the BBS has indicated it will extend the deadline. The BBS is encouraging impacted Associates to email their registration number, legal name, expiration date and concern to bbs.exams@dca.ca.gov.
