MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The following Directors, constituting at least a quorum of the Board, were present at the meeting:

1. The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:27am. Doris Mullen left the meeting at 12:43 pm. Natalie Jambazian stepped out of the meeting from 1:10pm to 1:13pm. Meeting was adjourned at 1:27pm. The August meeting minutes and notes were approved.


2. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

   1. A motion was made to make the cost per attendee $25 for volunteer guests, and $50 for other chapter members choosing to attend the event. The motion was seconded and approved with 6 in favor, and 2 opposed.
   
   
4. Adjournment
   • There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 1:27pm.
