MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:35 am.


1. September minutes and notes were approved.
2. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

3. Motions
   1. A motion was made to approve 3 promotional marketing items up to $1200. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   2. A motion was made to approve up to $1200 total for speaker fee / $300 per speaker for Implicit Bias Event. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   3. A motion was made to approve budget as $1200 for Volunteer Appreciation Event. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.

   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 1:39 pm.
