The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:42 AM. The meeting adjourned at 1:35 PM.

The October meeting notes and minutes were approved with minor edits. The November agenda was approved.

1. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:
   

2. Motions
   1. A motion was made to approve the venue contract for 2024 with an additional monthly fee of $25 fee for WIFI hotspot. The motion was unanimously approved.
   2. A motion was made to approve the annual package fee rate to $230 a year. The motion was unanimously approved.
   3. A motion was made to increase the annual experiential fees held in January by $5. The motion was unanimously approved.
