MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:33 pm. The meeting was adjourned at 1:32 pm.


1. May minutes and notes were approved.
2. Tanya Gill was introduced as Pre-Licensed Representative taking over for Nicolette.
3. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

3. Motions
   1. A motion was made to approve the revised registration pricing for the Annual Pre-licensed Event as: $10 for members, and $25 for non-members. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the Board.
   2. A motion was made to approve Tanya Gill as the Pre-Licensed Representative starting 6/8/20. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the Board.
   
   
4. Adjournment
   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.  The meeting adjourned at 1:32 pm.
