MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at  11:42 AM. Meeting was adjourned at 1:07 PM.

The June meeting notes and minutes were approved.

   1. Motion was called to approve June notes and minutes. Motion was approved by Board.
   2. A motion was made to approve implementing “Coffee with the Vice President of Membership” with a limited budget of $100 for the remaining of the year and re-evaluate at the beginning of next year to continue or not. Motion was approved by Board.
3. Adjournment
   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 1:07 pm.
