The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 12:37 PM. The meeting adjourned at 2:38 PM.

The October meeting notes and minutes were approved. The November agenda was approved. All reports were approved as read and stated.

   1. A motion was proposed for a budget and transition $375 maximum. A motion was unanimously approved.
   2. A motion was proposed to phase out the toll-free calling and update voicemail, including how to reach state CAMFT and email the board member. The motion was unanimously approved.

   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 2:28 PM.
