MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The following Directors, constituting at least a quorum of the Board, were present at the meeting:

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:45 am, Shawn LaRe’ Brinkley left the meeting at 2:00 pm. The meeting adjourned at 2:08 PM.

The January meeting notes and minutes were approved with minor grammatical corrections. The February meeting agenda was approved.

   1. A motion was made to update the grievance policy on the website. The motion was approved unanimously.
   2. A motion was made to update the code of conduct listed on our website. The motion was approved unanimously.
   3. A motion was made to approve the Law and Ethics meeting held by state CAMFT on June 16 on private practice with fees of $12/$18 for members, $90/$120 for nonmembers, and $15/$20 for students. The motion was approved unanimously.

   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 2:08 pm.
