MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:42 AM. Meeting was adjourned at 1:29 PM. Shawn LaRe joined at 12:20 PM. Break was taken from 12:42 PM to 12:47 PM. Jennifer Saunders left the meeting at 12:43 PM. Audra Potz left at 12:55 PM. Rena Pollak left at 1:07 PM. Julia Zabasky left at 1:16 PM.

The October meeting notes and minutes were approved.

   1. A motion was to made change annual package to 9 meetings at $130. Motion was approved by Board.

   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 1:29 pm.
