The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:52 AM. The meeting adjourned at 2:23 PM.

The September meeting notes and minutes were approved. The October agenda was approved. All reports were approved as read and stated.

   1. A motion was proposed to create a co-chair position for the pre-licensed role. The motion was unanimously approved.
   2. A motion was made to update changes to the advertising policy on Facebook and the website. The motion was unanimously approved.
   3. A motion was made to the option to include personal pronouns on e-blast form and newsletter guidelines. The motion was unanimously approved.
   4. A motion was proposed for the 2025 contract with Monterey Concessions contract. The motion was unanimously approved.
   5. A motion was made to extend the Tzedakah Scholarship Program for pre-licensed into 2025. The motion was unanimously approved.
