The Somatic Practices Special Interest Group is for chapter members who are interested in somatic practices and in expanding their knowledge through case consults and networking with like-minded practitioners.

Our last somatic practices SIG brought more than 20 people together for a session that combined exercises and case presentation. Both parts were tight for time so we have decided to restructure our August meeting to be a more in-depth approach to somatic tracking in ourselves and our clients.

Details for the next SIG Session are:

Location: Home in Encino
(location and directions will be sent when participants RSVP)

This meeting will focus on tracking lived-experience in ourselves and our clients. The format for the meeting is:
  • Introductions
  • Presentation: Tracking Activation and Deactivation
  • Experiential Exercises
  • Discussion
  • Close
