Association and Foundation

There shall be four authorized signers on the SFV-CAMFT bank account. The four authorized signers shall be the President, the Past-President, the President-elect, and the Chief Financial Officer.

Checks require only one signature and one approval. Checks are to be issued by the Chief Financial Officer with the written approval of the President. In the event that a check is to be issued to the President, the Past-President or President-Elect must provide written approval. In the event that a check is to be issued to the Chief Financial Officer, the written approval of two of the other signers must be provided.
